Healthy Transactions
The Department of Transactional Oversight

Beecause Health identifies, coordinates, and validates purchasers and suppliers in order to execute crucial transactions in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) marketplace. When the pandemic response sent supply chains into turmoil, Beecause Health was tasked with restoring order and confidence to vital logistical processes. In pursuit of these goals, we developed and published an industry Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), scrutinizing every arrangement just as a doctor would evaluate an ICU patient’s chart. As a result, since 2020, Beecause Health has been entrusted with over $200 billion USD in transactional value.

We decided to vaccinate the industry.

Truth in Transactions™

For more than three decades, we have devoted our efforts to transparency and truth in transactions across industries and borders.

When the world changed in 2020 and supply chains collapsed, we were determined to do the same for the crucial Personal Protection Equipment market.

About Us

Committed to healing the global compromise of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) commerce, Beecause Health established a new paradigm: Transaction Governance Oversight (TGO)™. As a rigorous, universal standard, TGO procedures afford Healthy Transactions™ through transparency, velocity, and verification for all parties.

As the crucial need for PPE has been obstructed by logistical, ethical, and legal barriers, the Beecause Team has continued to leverage more than 60 years of aggregated core experience in concluding intricate and difficult multi-industry, multinational transactions. Regardless of sector or border, the Mission—to institute, safeguard, and complete mutually beneficial exchanges—requires tireless dedication and unique expertise. As a result, the Team has been entrusted with facilitating transactions totaling over $200 billion USD to date.

Healthy Transactions™ can be the future for all ailing markets. At Beecause Health, restoring confidence and function to the PPE space is only the beginning.

History

Prior to the global pandemic, Beecause Health (a division of Beecause Innovations, S.A.) was focused on developing health products.  However, with the world’s reaction to coronavirus, our Team’s priorities shifted drastically. Desperate calls for PPE procurement assistance began to flood our offices. Governments, hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors of all sizes—everyone was overwhelmed. As we unraveled the colossal scope of this crisis, we reinvented our business to help.

The international emergency response had quickly overwhelmed medical supply chains worldwide. Immense demand, restricted travel, and resource limitations created shortfalls and uncertainty. The daily struggle for healthcare providers to obtain critical equipment including masks, gloves, gowns, and hand sanitizer had become chaotic. While people around the world were impacted by the pandemic response, the PPE supply chain had also become infected—with fraud. That fraud has inflicted physical harm, financial harm, and even death.

So we decided to vaccinate the industry.

As confidence in the PPE sector eroded, the man-hours, the expense, and the delays in providing vital resources to hospitals, first responders, and local authorities had become unconscionable. The situation had devolved so drastically that governments themselves had no choice but to intervene, bypassing distribution channels to purchase direct from manufacturers.  In some cases, this has even brought various departments and agencies to cross-purposes, further exacerbating the problem.

After months of wading through this proverbial swamp, our Team, and the buyers working alongside us, decided enough was enough.  It was time to return to the way ethical business was conducted before the pandemic response.  This required comprehensive vetting procedures, operational transparency, and the removal of unscrupulous brokers, intermediaries, allocation holders, lien holders, authorized resellers, and other who served only to pollute and undermine the legitimate process.

As a result, proceeding only with validated Buyers and Sellers, we developed an Industry Transaction Standard as the Standard Operating Procedure for PPE. Simply, this Standard represented the rules authenticated parties were required to follow, without compromise.  Since 2020, Beecause Health has authored over two dozen successfully adopted Standards, including Government Transparent Acquisition Procedures (GTAP)™, Ledger Transparent Acquisition Procedures (LTAP)™, and Airlift Transparent Acquisition Procedures (ATAP)™.

Adherence to these measures rapidly connects substantiated buyers and sellers. This ensures that legitimate transactions will be completed with confidence and without delays while protecting all parties. These procedures are proven. These procedures work. Utilizing them cures the supply chain of its bad actor contagion and equips responders to safely perform their vital roles.

Even in a pandemic, common sense still applies.

From animal skins to iPads, proper documentation has been foundational to government, banking, property rights, and agreements.

Legitimacy, transparency, security: these tenets are key to ethical and successful transactions. Global response to the pandemic fractured the PPE market, shearing it away from these precepts. That needed to stop—and so restoring common sense and core principles to PPE procurement became our doctrine.
